Christina is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about empowering people to live healthier and enhance the quality of their lives! Her favorite mantra is: "Good Food for Everyone Matters!" Christina currently serves people on an individual, family, community and national basis through her nutrition communications consulting business in a variety of formats including: speaking engagements/seminars, television, print, and online media. Christina is also passionate about education and is a professor in the Department of Health and Human Performance at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Christina received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities) College of Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Science and her Master's of Science degree in Nutrition Education from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition dietetic practice group. Christina has served as the State Media Representative and the Legislative Network Coordinator for the Minnesota Dietetic Association.
Sustainable food systems, sports nutrition, child nutrition and social media are areas that continually fire her up!
In her spare time she enjoys mentoring programs, running, hiking, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
